LIQUEURS & DISTILLATES

Sardinia offers a wide range of liqueurs and distilllates, but the main product is the "Liquore di Mirto" (Myrtle liqueur), the king of the Sardinian typical spirits, obtained only from fresh and wild Myrtle berries.

Talking about distillates, Sardinia's jewel is the notorious grappa, called "Filu 'e ferru", a spirit with a high alcoholic strenght, suitable for wise and experienced drinkers.
