General characteristics

Alcohol content: 12°. With a pale straw colour, this wine offers a delicate bouquet with a hint of jasmine, mature banana and spices. The taste is soft and balanced, with a slightly bitter taste.
Grapes used: Vermentino 100%.

Methods of production

Wine -making and mellowing take place entirely in steel containers.
