General terms of sale

On this page, you can find the terms of sale applied by Kara Sardegna.
There are details regarding the purchase procedures, terms of payment, safety, progress of the order, shippings, cancellations, withdrawals and, in general, all the information needed by the customers, either individuals or companies.
Note: Kara Sardegna has the incontrovertible right to modify at any time the present conditions; for this reason, the customers are invited to read them carefully in advance.

Order form

In the order form you need to fill in the buyer and the consignee's details with the product you intend to purchase. A correct compilation of the fields will allow a prompt reply and a faster order shipping.
Note: It is not allowed to deliver the order at P.O. boxes.

The Kara Club's registered members can find the order form already completed and can take advantage immediately of the discounts of the products present in the cart.

Besides the personal details, it is possible to ask for the invoice and choose the shipping procedure (where available).

After the compilation of the details, you can visualize the order summary which shows the goods bought, partial and total amounts to pay, VAT rates applied, shipping expenses.
If the details are accurate you can proceed to the payment choosing between the available options.
By e-mail, you will receive the notification of forwarding and the next order's progress.
The Kara Club customers can also track online their own orders confirming their identity in the reserved area.

If the payment is made by credit card, the property of the goods bought
is transferred to the customer at the moment of the transaction.
If the payment is done on delivery the property of the goods
is transferred to the customer when the delivery has taken place.
In both the cases, Kara Sardegna undertakes the responsability of the shipping as far as
the place of delivery.

The orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next Monday.
The orders received during the holidays will be processed on the first working day.
