On this page, you can find the terms of sale applied by Kara Sardegna.
There are details regarding the purchase procedures, terms of payment, safety, progress of the order, shippings, cancellations, withdrawals and, in general, all the information needed by the customers, either individuals or companies.
Note: Kara Sardegna has the incontrovertible right to modify at any time the present conditions; for this reason, the customers are invited to read them carefully in advance.

Right of withdrawal

Cortesa S.r.l. applies the right of withdrawal ordered by the Legislative Decree 22nd of May 1999 N. 185, directive 97/7/CE promulgated by the European Union, regarding the safety of the contracts stipulated from a distant place.
With such a right, the consumer has the option to return the good to the vendor which will reimburse the amount paid.

Note: The right of withdrawal has been recognized only to the physical individuals, excluding the retailers or any person who resales to thirds.

The right of withdrawal is performed by posting a registered letter within 10 (ten) working days with effect from the date of delivery to this address:

The letter can be also sent by fax (+39) 0789563401 provided that is also registered within the following 48 hours.

Note: essential requisite to perform the right of withdrawal is to return in good conditions the product purchased.
It is not possible to apply the right of withdrawal to perishable goods, books and audio-visual products not packed as before.

Once the consumer's request is received, Kara Sardegna will authorize the return of the goods which has to be done within and not later than the next 15 (fifteen) working days..
All the products returned have to be packed to safeguard the original wrapping from any damage, the labels and to contain all the additional accessories even if they have been given for free.

Cortesa S.r.l. will accept the goods verifying the integrity of the product and the packing. Only in this case the company will provide for the refund of the whole amount paid by the buyer in accordance with the law and, anyway, within and not later than 30 (thirthy) working days from the reception of the request of withdrawal.
The consumer will receive the amount paid. The expenses of transportation of the goods are not refundable.

The consumer will send the current account number by e-mail or by telephone and Cortesa S.r.l. will carry out the return of the amount due. In case the payment was made by credit card, the refund will take place in the same way.
